My family and I recently booked a vacation at a property labeled as "Stunning Home in Ėga" through Novasol, and I felt compelled to share our dreadful experience. From the moment we entered the property, we were assaulted by a horrific odor that engulfed the entire house. The stale, putrid air had clearly not been addressed in a long time, and it was absolutely unbearable. To make matters worse, there was an unsettling moisture and dampness problem in several rooms, which raised concerns about our health and safety. Our high hopes for a relaxing vacation were shattered within minutes of arriving, and it was impossible to continue our stay in such deplorable conditions. After just one night, we decided we had no choice but to leave the property. What is even more scandalous is that, despite our earnest request for a refund due to these appalling conditions, Novasal refused to provide any assistance or compensation. It's unbelievable that a property in such a state is still being rented to unsuspecting guests. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution anyone considering renting this property or booking through this company. The complete lack of concern for our well-being and the refusal to address the issues at hand is utterly unacceptable. In summary, our stay at this vacation house was a disaster, marked by unbearable odors, a stale atmosphere, and worrying dampness. We would strongly advise against booking this property, and we hope that our review serves as a warning to others to avoid what was truly a horrifying experience.
