Good infrastructure and facilities, but very poor service. The staff were not customer-oriented, and the overall guest experience was disappointing. The hotel has great potential, but the service level needs major improvement.

Staff in almost all positions (SPA, Reception, Restaurant) haven’t heard what mean Customer orientated service - not interested, not able provide solutions to challenges created by themself, in some cases even rude communication.

“Great spot to spend a day off close to the city”

I booked a Premium suite for me and my parents, and it was surprisingly large - with 2 big bedrooms and amazing bathrooms. The service was great, the food in the French restaurant was very taste. Also the breakfast was impressive by its variety. We had 2 free hour in Velocity spa and this is the perfect place to relax.

It’s super spacious! I like the interior design and the big and comfortable bed! In general, everything looks good, apart from the Carpet and walls upstairs. Room need a little maintenance:)

We stayed for one night in a deluxe room. We really liked the room itself — it was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner: the food was delicious and there was a good selection.

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Because of the antique-style interior, it might seem like they would smell dusty, but the rooms are actually fresh and pleasantly scented. It’s convenient that there is air conditioning, so you can set the most comfortable temperature for yourself. The beds are comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was very delicious, with a wide selection of food, and everything was fresh.

We had a very pleasant stay overall, especially during the first part of our visit. The hotel offers a nice and relaxing environment, which was exactly what we were looking for when booking outside Vilnius. The spa facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent with a calm and enjoyable atmosphere, shuttle service to Vilnius is very useful. There was plenty of parking available, and everything felt well-organized and comfortable for a family stay with a toddler.
