“Lovely cottage in a beautiful location”

The cottage is completely magical, and it’s in a beautiful location, close to the amenities of Paterswolde and Eelderwolde, but in a lovely spot on the Paterswoldsemeer lake. I was there in February, and although the weather was cold outside, it was warm and cozy inside the cottage. It had been left very clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the needed amenities. The only improvement would be if bedsheets were included in the nightly price, rather than having to pay a rental fee for them. I definitely recommend this accommodation, and I hope to stay there again in the future!

The location is very nice, close to the lake and close to the city. It's an easy drive with a car. The staff was super nice.

We stayed at the basic hut. All amenities needed where there and the accommodation has a very cozy atmosphere, yet sufficiently comfortable. Don't forget to bring your own linnnen.

The lake 5 mins away was pretty

Beautiful surroundings, nature is fantastic. Little village with play ground and barbeque area, nice restaurant with a cosy sitting area and a small pretty garden. The houses are nicely decorated with a small fireplace.

The huts are cosy, clean and in a very nice location. Even though they don't seem to have a reception, people working at the restaurant were very kind.

A litle bit cold in the cottage beedroom because of the ventilation in the wall. And the wifi don't really reach out. The shower is spreading water al over the place but not on the head/body.

Lovely quiet location by the lake. Bonus paddle board hire. The restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating.

Nature, close proximity to to town. It had all essensials like cutlery, kettle, pans/pots, microwave, fridge....

Nice to be close to the lake and the wonderful city of Groningen. The intimity of the chalet.

It’s one of the more affordable accommodations nearby Groningen. We read others’ reviews about bringing your own bedsheets, pillow and blanket covers and glad we did.
