“Wonderful”
We had a great stay. The facilities were excellent and transportation was very easy and convenient. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

“Just very good”
We only stayed one night on our way to the passo di stelvio. It was all just very good, good bed, clean, good breakfast, good communication. Recommend !

Nice big room with a beautiful view from the balcony. The small road up to the house is very narrow and has a tight 180° turn. Host was very nice and helpful.

“One night stay during my bicycle tour”
It was more like an apartment than a room, there was a kitchen too in my room. When I arrived and meet the guy I feel that I was in good place. In breakfast there was fresh baked croissants and apple pie available, that was nice!

Nice apartment with a very friendly and helpful host Franco, breakfast was included in the price and it was great. The apartment served us only as accommodation for one night and therefore I cannot give many impressions about the apartment.

Great location, hospitable owner, we were in delay but we were received nicely, location is great, wonderful view from the room, perfect natural surroundings, mountains all around, clean air, lots of trees, birds... Very nice tasty breakfast.

the owner has a lovely dog which is mad affectionate and loves to be petted, the rooms are spacious (and they're PINK which is a huge bonus if you ask me), Franco is a sweetheart, extremely kind and friendly fella, the view also is chill and relaxing.

“Very quiet place with a great atmosphere”
The room was very stylish and with a beautiful view over the mountains. The breakfast was great, typically italian and with a wide variety of food. Great coffee and juice. The Owner is super nice and the communication is easy.
