“It was adequate, staff is excellent, but some minor improvements needed.”
Pool, hot tub and gym were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, I like the open 24 hr. coffee area in the small snack area across from reception. Easy to find just off the highway, lots of parking. Didn't look like many people were staying, I was there on a Thursday night, it had snowed and the cleanup crew was out early for clearing the parking lot.

Room was neat and clean. The TV worked fine. There is a coffee room in the lobby where I can help myself to a hot beverage anytime I want. The card key to my room must have a chip in it to gain entry to the property using the other entrances. The shower was fine, easy to use.

Sour smell of room, not very fresh. Window that did not close properly, with no handle.

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the table by the window and the comfy chairs. The continental breakfast was the perfect way to start another long day of travel. The shower was good. Water was a good stream and liked the ability to get it to the temperature I preferred. Check and out was easy. It was a great rest stop after a nine hour drive.
