“Very nice room, clean, quiet and spacious”
Bed was too soft for me but that is a personal choice. Unfortunately the second elevator was not functioning so that was frustrating. Hope repairs are done by now

“I love the choice of soaps and the tidy neat set they have put.”
Breakfast was really amazing. Ive been to that place more than a few times and its always really good. But the room could have smelled better than it did. But the Room was clean. And neatly put, I Loved the Soaps though and I Liked How there was alot more things to watch on the tv. There was netflix and youtube freely accessed.

Location was Central, sandwiched between the Entrance and Exits of Edmonton ( The gateway boulevard & Calgary trail) Nice big parking lot with easy access to building, elevator and floors. The room was clean and with all basic amenities. Balcony was a great addition, which most modern hotel architecture dont offer. The evening checking staff were Nice, ( My first point of contact on property, the lady and the guy) the morning staff were professionals and overnight staff were just bodies there to fill the seats.

“Take a Closer Look...”
Staff was friendly but day staff and cleaners incompetent! We asked to have clean towels to the floor caretaker and on the 2nd day we asked the front desk to get the room cleaned and neither happened! Had to reach out to night staff who were helpful. Toilet had been superficially touched up but when we accidentally lifted the 2nd lid, filthy! Who is checking that cleaner? Even the shower curtain had not been replaced b/c it was stained with purple shampoo and previous clients left stuff and that had not been removed. Tsk, tsk!!
