“Amazing value and a great host that is willing to communicate.”
Initially, I was quite hesitant upon check-in due to how loud it was due to the children living above these rooms. As the day progressed, it quieted down significantly and any sound issues were gone. The location was great if you had a vehicle to move around and it was approximately 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall. Personally, I would definitely stay here again due to the price and convenience.

Vivan's place surpassed our expectations. Despite booking last minute, we were greeted with a warm smile and a impeccably clean environment. We had exclusive access to the self-sufficient basement with a separate private entrance. The location is secure and conveniently close to major grocery stores and numerous highly-rated restaurants.
