“Extremely pet friendly, great staff, clean hotel”
The entire staff from the reception to the restaurant was extremely polite, helpful and professional. The rooms were very clean. Parking is secure either underground or above based in your preference. The hotel was extremely pet friendly and considerate even allowing us to sit with our 14kg dog to eat breakfast and dinner. Specifically we want to mention Nebahat - who was very helpful at arranging everything. If we ever pass Edirne again this is where we will stay!

Modern hotel equipped with everything you would need. The breakfast is excellent and there are a lot of types of local dishes. Also you can charge your electric car in front of the hotel for 10TL / 1kwh

The staff were very helpful, kindly and explained everything that we needed. Excellent location, close to Margi Outlet and Murat pazari. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast varied and tasty.

“I can’t recommend this hotel!!!”
The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly but still charges 10 euros per night for a dog, which does not match the level of service provided. There were many small issues and details that made the stay disappointing overall. I cannot recommend this hotel. At best, it may be acceptable for a very short overnight stop during a trip, but definitely not for a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, just 10 minutes from Erasta Mall. A taxi to the mall costs around 100–130 lira. The rooms are not very large, but they are very warm and clean. There is parking available in front of the hotel, as well as underground parking, which is very good. The receptionist, Nebahat, is very polite and speaks Bulgarian. The check-in process was smooth and easy. She also provided us with all the information we needed and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I LOVED this place so much. Let me tell you why. First of all - employees. OMG they are incredible. Fellas at the reception desk- beautiful, restaurant staff- amazing. Shout out to Emine for saving me some breakfast when I completely overslept the breakfast time . It was so sweet to still allow me in to have a bite and not only this , but they made me some hot food as well . Cozy rooms, fully served with coffee, tea, water, slippers, shampoo etc.

The location is great. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff ate warm and welcoming. The car is safely parked next to the hotel with CCTV on the car park.
