The location is great, a short walk into the centre of Edgartown and with parking to the rear (ask for instructions before you arrive!). The ground floor is spacious and welcoming and the rooms are large and comfortably appointed.

“An expensive mistake!”

Our fault that we chose to stay out of season. Nothing was open! No breakfast or coffee facilities at the Inn. Really should have a kettle or at least bottled water in the room.

Everything was great. we had a full house for us, which was really nice. A lot of space, a cosy atmosphere. The location is perfect in Edgartown.

Breakfast was not included in our rate, but Peter was so kind to prepare the breakfast for us with coffee, tea, fruit, cakes. The rooms are very romantic. In the evening we could stay in the sitting room to drink our after dinner drink and watch TV. The location is very close to many restaurants, bars and shops.

This might be the loveliest place I have ever stayed. Our room was heavenly, bed huge and comfortable, bathroom luxurious and the Martha's Vineyard light! The house was built for a whaling Captain who had wonderful taste. Old-fashioned charm with no kitsch at all. Perfect. Can't wait to go back.
