Overview
Guesthouse Hagiati is set in an 1880 family house, located in the preserved area of Varosi, in Edessa. It is 50 metres from the famous Edessa Waterfalls, and has a stone-paved courtyard and free Wi-Fi. Restored with care and respect to tradition, Hagiati Guesthouse features rustic rooms constructed and decorated with local wood and stone. Featuring handmade beaded curtains and rugs, each also has air conditioning, heating, a minibar and a TV. Hagiati Guesthouse offers a lovely small garden, where you can take your breakfast or just have a coffee or a drink during summer. During winter, the living room of Hagiati Guesthouse, offers a relaxing atmosphere by the fireplace. Front desk staff operates 24 hours a day, and will be happy to recommend day trips and tips on places of interest. Adjacent is the Water Museum and the Aquarium. Public parking space is available near the hotel without any extra charge.

Fantastic little guest house, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast was awesome & drinks reasonably. Perfectly placed to explore the old town and the waterfalls. Even has limited parking outside.

“Old charm and excellent service”
Charming old hotel with very nice staff located on the edge of the old town. Everything within walking distance. Breakfast is somewhat special and very good quality: you can order anything from the menu for a fixed price of 10 euro.

we visit the hotel for the second time. the hosts are very friendly, the place is perfectly mantained and you can see that improvements are made all the time. The room was big with perfect air conditioning, the beds are comformable and it is really very clean :) Great brekfast! we would visit again for sure

Overall a great experience. Good location, cozy and welcoming lobby and lounge area, nice rooms, and fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Edessa. It’s a beautiful and well preserved old townhouse, in walking distance of both the waterfalls and towncenter, with kind and caring hosts and staff. It is very clear that they put in an effort to make the experience of their guests as good as possible, which I would say they succeed in. Only grievance I have, was not staying longer

Location was close to all the main attraction in the village. The breakfast was all homemade and delicious. The staff were friendly and very attentive, meeting all our needs.

“Historical setting”
Loved this historic house right in the centre of the old town but with the waterfalls on the doorstep. Plenty of eateries and a short walk to the modern town center. Plenty of options for breakfast which was cooked to order.

“The whole stay was excellent, with a lovely serene calm atmosphere.”
The staff were so accommodating, friendly, happy and seemed to enjoy where they were working. Owner was also a very nice friendly man who assisted in all our queries how to get to certain places. Would highly recommend to stay here.
