Rooms booked for accessibility x 2 and confirmed but both rooms were upstairs. After getting other rooms we were not near each other despite 4 family members booking 4 rooms at the same time. Hot water was great but the beds were very firm if that's your thing and the room was sprayed with an awful perfume/deodorant that was horrid.

Good sized room and firm, comfy bed on the first floor (as requested). The fixed furnishings were old, but that was fine, the room was well appointed and very clean.
