“Above the usual”

Amazing place, charming and cozy room with everything you can even think of if the room. Fantastic garden and pool area where we spend the afternoon before walking to city center. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with lovely view over pool area. Staff super, from check inn, breakfast and check out. Furthermore, after our departure from BB we realized that we’ve forgot a pair of shorts and a shirt. Contacted the BB and they told us that they found the items and will send them to us. Of course we will pay but…. Excellent service 🙏🏼🌹 Last but not least, when driving and long distances it’s great to find a place like this and close to A1/E45. Will for sure going back next year on our yearly drive through Italy.

Strategic positioned at the exit of the motorway. Amazing for short stays. Clean and well equipped bedroom. We also enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff.

Although the place is in nowhere, they have everything you need for relaxing holiday. Fully equipped room with all the necessary things, they literally have think about everything. Also fridge was full with drinks and snacks. The best equipped place during our trip. Also breakfast was very good.

“Excellent quality for price”

Very nice room, very clean, comfortable, beautiful. Nice little pool in the yard. Very beautiful garden. Hostage left snacks and drinks in the fridge for free, made very nice breakfast. House is near the highway, navigation showed wrong way at first, but later we found the house quite easy.

i had my own sauna in my bathroom. wonderfull night and very clean hotel. i felt i am in my garden house. this one was perfect hotel in my life. if i had more time i could stay more.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Magnificent garden & pool. Excellent facilities in the room & we had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden & pool. Great secure property & easy parking for our car. Not far off the motorway & a great location for an overnight stopover on our way back to Rome.

The room was not very dark because the thin curtain covering the door did not stop light from the garden flooding in. Thicker curtains or blinds would be better.

Everything is good. The furnish is quite morden, the garden is beautiful, and Chiara is very nice. We enjoyed a lot.

“Cute B&B but a bit far away from town”

The property looks stunning with its beautiful swimming pool and garden. The room and the bathroom did have some nice luxuries that are not usually found in many places. Breakfast was also very good. We did not have a car and the hosts did give us a lift into the town centre a couple of times. The rooms are tastefully decorated and air conditioning worked perfectly.

A fantastic bed and breakfast. We have travelled all over Europe but never before stayed somewhere that had such great facilities and offered so many extras as part of the price - a Nespresso machine, fridge filled with drinks, biscuits and snacks, toiletries etc. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated, with a really large balcony to sit and relax on. The swimming pool was also really lovely and very well maintained.

Everything was SO perfect! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Comfortable bed, pillows, tasty breakfast! Peace and quiet area. Cozy and very nice pool! Very recommended! 100%
