I did not get an invoice from the hotel. Neither the Hotel nor booking.com issued the invoice! This is unaccaptale!

“Aside from soundproof issue, everything worths the bucks!”
Location is really good - many Japanese foods available within 10 minutes walk, and the walk distance to Ebina station is within 8 minutes. The malls are also just nearby and you can get anything in daily life, ranging from bookstore, clothes, accessories, libraries, cafes, to even the clothes repair shop.

“A good hotel but avoid rooms near the elevator!”
Good room - bath and shower with separate toilet was very convenient. Very convenient location close to station and convenience store.

Very close to the railway station, we stayed here as in the centre of Tokyo prices were very high at the weekend, it was only about 40 by train from the centre. Staff were very friendly, there is 7 eleven under the Hotel.

“We really enjoyed our stay In Hotel The Vista at Ebina. It was everything we needed.”
Sorry. We didn't eat breakfast in the Hotel. The location was great. Close to everything. Station, Restuarants, Shopping. The room was set out nicely. toilet separate to bathroom. Sink in the room to wash cups and dishes separately. Cleanliness and hygiene a very high standard. Staff very friendly. Had a good experience staying here. Would stay here again if we came back to Japan.
