“Comfortable stay with nice breakfast”
Very comfortable room and it is quite spacious for Japanese hotel. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

Neat, clean and tidy. Nothing special and no thrills but it represented good value for money. A good place to stay

Super friendly staffs and amazing hospitality with beautiful rooms and big bathroom, and good breakfast. Overall this hotel is eco-friendly and it's convenient that you can buy anything you need for living at next LaLa port building like Lopia supermarket and many restaurant. Also good place to reach Yokohama (20 min), Shinjuku (40 min) and Hakone (30 min). Maybe the best hotel in Atsugi and Ebina area.

“Overall, my needs were met. I expect to stay at your hotel during any future trips.”
Breakfast was fine. Location was good--it was near my aunt's home, and being so close to the mall was too good to be true because I love to shop. I have no complaint about any shop or eatery that I visited. Elevators always worked. Wake up calls always came. Shower water pressure and temperature were both very good. I appreciated the toiletries that were available at no cost. The price of the room was very reasonable.

“Good room, great location, delicious breakfast.”
Location was very nice, mere minutes from the station and right next to the mall. The bed was sizable, the view from the window was nice, toilets were clean, bath area was neat, washing machines were easy to use, breakfast was delicious and the menu changed everyday.
