Great location, dinner for our extended family fest was delicious and wait staff always there when we needed something. Location is centrally located and the spa facility looks lovely (didn’t use it). Will stay there again.

Charming Austrian hotel in the center of the village. The staff were all very friendly! The indoor swimming pool was a plus.

When I began searching for a suitable hotels for summer vacation, I basically had only two demands: room has to have balcony, and a toilette has to have a proper door. Normally, people want to go to pee and poop in peace, without anyone looking and hearing them. And yet, I am still bumping into hotels who want us to share these really unique biological needs with our roommates. Is it because of lack of a space and sparing the space in hotel, or a result of something else, I don´t even want to know. In my opinion, unacceptable.

The hotel staff members were knowledgeable about the various tourist attractions in the vicinity. Furthermore, E-bikes were available for rental.

The Swimming pool was perfect to go with the kids. The food was also very good.

Easy to find, big parking across the street. Quite good restaurant and bar, plenty of cold choices for breakfast. Liked atmosphere there.

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating and willing to help. Early breakfast and smooth check-in/departure. Spacy room. Rump Steak in the garden restaurant is delicious.

We had booked two rooms, travelling with my elderly parents to break up a longer journey. Our first room was cosy, quiet with private balcony and good views, while the other room was acing the road and thus quite noisy. Room sizes are good, well-maintained and clean.

I booked a room with dinner included but there was no indication that dinner was served between 5pm and 7pm! Arrived around 7:30 pm and no one told me even though I clearly asked for my dinner to be included in the reservation: receptionist in a hurry, poor English and bordering on politeness. I dined "a la cart" and they insisted I had to pay! However, the next day the receptionist (a kinder lady than the day before) deducted around € 20 from my bill.

Seems they double booked the room so gave us an apartment across the street.

Great buffet breakfasts, filling delicious dinners with different main course options, lovely spa area which was accessible to children, little swimming pool also fun for children. Comfy rooms and underfloor heated bathroom floor. Friendly helpful staff. Good access by car to smaller Austrian/German ski resorts
