Very friendly at the reception. Thank you! Also when I arrived a bit after check-in time. And had a spare piece of bread for me.

Very nice and clean hotel in the best part of Eaux-Bonnes. A superb breakfast, with fresh and local products.

It's a fine historic building with facilities that reflect It's age. We had a great stay - dinner was delicious.

a hotel and a place full of history! it is a bit ran-down because it is quite old, but nevertheless, a stay to remember (positive). Super friendly staff at the reception and also in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were great, too, very large portions - no one will go to bed hungry here. also very helpful with overnight storage of our bikes, appreciated the help.

Very friendly and efficient manager . Good, fresh, wholesome and tasty food and lots of it. Fabulous location for exploring mountains. Quaint, old style hotel.

“A delightful 2-star hotel”

This is a 2-star hotel, where all the essentials are provided, in the faded elegance of a lovely old building. It is run by a small team who provide very good service and contribute to a very pleasant atmosphere. Dinner is a very good set menu, and reasonably priced. There's plenty of free parking in the village.

The staff was absolutely lovely and really helped us out after having one of our party suffer a migraine attack during a hike. We were met with kindness and warmth! The food was exceptional. The hotel does feel like the last survivor in an age gone by.

The staff were really kind, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Although we only had one evening meal, it was well presented and well cooked.

llamamos para avisar de que llegábamos más tarde por un incidente en carretera y que si podían dejarnos algo de comer porque llevábamos todo el día de camino, sin comer. Directamente nos dijeron que no llegábamos a la hora, así que ni habría comida ni nos esperarían, sin ningún tipo de empatía, así que nos cobraron la noche y tuvimos que buscar otro sitio. Un trato horroroso.
