Located on 6 acres of land, this Cape Cod motel is just 5 minutes’ drive from Coastguard Beach. It boasts an outdoor pool and rooms with a private patio. “Fantastic to escape from the city”
It was a really good quality-price motel. The best for sure was the staff at the front desk Friday night and lady of the weekend. They were friendly, helpful and nice. There is a breakfast place right in front which is really good.

“Manager Tim and area very nice, the rooms need remodeling”
The manager Tim at reception was very friendly, listening to our needs and offering help. Thanks to his friendliness we keep our stay in good memory. The area around is very nice (acces to the trail) and a highly recommendable breakfast-cafe (Laura) as well as the Wellfleet-Cinema next to it.

“Relaxing few days and enjoyed watching the Squirrels playing by our patio.”
The pool was great and the outdoor patio on the back of the units overlooks the large grounds of the property.

We were absolutely shocked at the state of the room; the levels of dirt throughout on floors, several long hairs in the bed, half drunk bottles left in the fridge, splatters on the wall, mould in the shower and a cemetery of dead insects, dust and cobwebs on the windowsill in the bathroom. On top of this, the air conditioning in the room started to make clunking noises throughout the night so we barely slept from the noise and the heat. My husband’s back is also covered in flea bites and there’s not many other possibilities for where those came from other than the bed.
