It was very well setup and comfortable.

This is a simple but clever and well-appointed conversion of part of a shed. It was very comfortable and lacked nothing. There was a lovely little touch with fresh tomatoes and eggs left for us. It was also exceptionally well located for us as we travelled from Invercargill to Manapouri. Finally, one of our hosts. Nic, dropped by shortly after our lateish arrival to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. Highly recommended.

Good location, quiet and relaxing, clean and tidy, ample parking. The fresh baking and farm fresh eggs were a bonus. The lillies were gorgeous. The hostess was a gem.

We received a very warm welcome from the landlady after retrieving the key from the safe. We were even given muffins and fresh milk for the cake. The landlady is incredibly kind and welcoming. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much for the wonderful day in Clifden. We have rarely met such wonderful hosts.

Communication with Nic was great and the home baking waiting for us was a treat indeed. The accommodation itself was awesome - very spacious and well equipped and was perfect for us to just sit back relax & recharge which is why we chose Clifden Pitstop in the first place ... it is 'in between' settlements. Absolutely recommend.

“One night stay”

We stayed one night before our Humpridge Great Walk. The location was very convenient, the property comfortable for the two of us. Bed was comfortable.

The space, it had everything we needed and a very good feel about it. It was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable We were so lucky as the owner of the bnb sent us some delicious home baked muffins which we had for breakfast. A real treat!
