I arrived late in the evening yesterday and was assigned a room, but there was a problem. The heater was too loud and even vibrated, so I asked the front desk, and the staff came over and replaced it with a different room. It took so long (9pm) and all the restaurants were closed that my family had to sandwich dinner at Wawa. There was another problem. The shower in the newly assigned room had rusty water like brown and my family couldn't take a shower. It was Christmas, so I didn't want to complain any more, so I decided to sleep. My family had to have a Christmas with bad memories.

I enjoyed that there were spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The tranquility and peaceful scenery was enjoyable. The full kitchen was a big plus.

It was excellent location for villa in quiet and peaceful area, villa looks as house equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, dryer , washer , spacious villa even for one bedroom as we stayed.

“Excellent stay, very welcoming, slightly dated”
The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge and included laundry room and large dining room. The beds were comfy and the location very quiet. The proximity to the Delaware river was excellent. The recommendation for a rafting company was good too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Seeing the local deer coming to our front door was a highlight.

The villa was in Depuy village, a 4 minute drive from reception but ideal for relaxation and quiet time if you do not have small children who need the pool
