Check in and check out was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Even though the property is clearly dated, it is so cute and charming. There is a pond (that is fenced in) with ducks and geese, a large lawn with relaxing chairs scattered around. The trees were beautiful! I would definitely come here again!

“Good location”
Location and price were the main reasons for booking. Everything would look better with a lick of paint but it was clean, tidy and convenient. We were going on a Jaws tour at Martha Vineyard at 11 in the morning and had to be in Falmouth for 9.30 to park. It was doable from there. Eating places are limited so eat before you return.

“Not worth the money”
The property is in dire need of a face lift. We opened the sliding door into the back and it literally fell off the track. The lawn around the property is not very well kept. The furniture is about 50 yrs old and in bad repair. We were very glad we were only staying one night before our rental was ready.

“The management had already resold the motel; seemed he felt he need not take any responsibility.”
the setting: ducks and geese on a pond, picnic tables under trees. we've stayed there before [ when managed by previous owner] several times and always enjoyed it. it's close by to a friend's home and very convenient to most needs.

Stains on bed sheets and dirt in corners - the place does not get cleaned to a high standard and is generally dated and run down. I cut my stay short by two nights and asked for a refund for just one night but it still hasn’t come through yet.
