“This experience was far below what we expected from a Booking.com listing.”
When we arrived, there were police cars outside the hotel arresting someone, which made us feel unsafe right away. Inside, there were large groups of people crowding the reception area, and the whole place smelled strongly of cannabis. It felt very intimidating, especially for a family stay. Throughout the night, the hotel was extremely loud, with people shouting and hanging around the hallways. The listing also said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast at all. On top of that, the reception staff were rude, and our room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had only one small coffee machine placed awkwardly in the bathroom. The safe didn’t work, and neither did the WiFi.

“terrible”
The environment smells bad, employees shouting in the hallway. Bed linen smells of cigarettes (poorly washed). I requested parking but did not get it on any day of my stay.

Booked the same nigth due to a fligth cancellation, tried to cancel 1h later because the conditions at the hotel wete definitly not the same than on the pictures, they didn't refund me... Come on be human.
