“I didn't even stay coz they made fool of me .”
We made a booking on the 29th November 2025, then the owner Babsie called and tell us to cancel booking coz she is fully booked, i then ask her if we cancel our booking are we still going to get our money back, she said yes and i even asked her if you fully booked why doesn't it appear on the app so that we can not make any bookings, she said she doesn't know why it appears like that. I then cancelled coz she said I will get the money back, after I cancelled it was just 5 min I get a call from her, and she said if I still want to spend a night there I must bring money in cash while still waiting for other one to appear on my bank coz she doesn't know how long will it take, later on I received an email saying it will be back to my account within 7 to 12 days then boom an email saying my cancellation fee is exactly as my booking amount.... They are scam
