It's a pity that I had to write this negative review about Hamptons. On my last day of my stay ie 11 Jan 26 , I received 2 knocks separately from one of the maids to leave & I told them that I was still bathing, later 2nd knock . I then went to ask them why am I being rushed to leave & them maid ( light in complexion) said the room is booked for an early checked in and I should have already left by 10h. Surprisingly I didn't know that considering that I was to leave for the airport by 12h30/13h. I left the room to wait by the dining area so as to wait for my cab. As I was seating there, I was switched off from the wifi not even the decency to alert me. Whilst I was waiting for the cab, I asked one of the maids to help with my luggage, her attitude was soo unprofessional, & she rudely opened the main gate so that I can leave the premises, which I said to her I cannot leave the premises without seeing my cab outside ( as Quigney is not a safe place) she must close the gate, I will go when my cab comes. Strangely the day before I gave one of the maids my clothing. I had to call Management to report the maids behaviors which she apologized & said they will call the following day & they never called. I am really soo disgusted & will never use Hamptons again. Chasing away guests & be undermined by maids that was a first for me. Mind you I stayed in this place for a month in 2019 to be treated like rubbish. Im utterly disgusted !!! 2ndly the kettle in the room is not automated, which is a safety hazard that can blow up as you have to manually switch the kettle off yourself instead of switching itself off. Get new kettle pls!!!

Location is good and the parking was secured. From the parking area at the back one can access the room without having to climb the step.

Location is perfect. Safe and sequre accomodation. Manager and employees are helpful and friednly. Room was specious and perfectly organized. Seaview Dining hall. Full house brreakfast with several options.
