“Bad attitude”
The lady that works there is very unfriendly and rude, when we arrived around 11pm she told me that we came in very late, but she knew that there were guests coming, n she was a bit upset. Sat morning I was preparing to leave but my husband wanted to go to the garage she asked the lady to open the gate for him, while trying to wait for me, she said no it's time for us to leave mind you it's 9:50am and the check out time was 11am, he came back to me so disappointed on how the lady was so rude to him. When we told her that in booking.com it says 11am not 10 she said she was told that check out time is 10 and she had a very bad attitude towards us. The lady needs to change her attitude.
