“Worst experiance ever!!! Bad!! False advertising”
Absolutely not what we booked what was advertised and what the facilities offer is not tru. No washing machine in the family rooms or any rooms, no bbq facilities no dishwasher. The building definitely needs maintanance we had to find other Accomodation in the pouring rain with 2 children. We could not speak to the manager the girl checked us in in a totally different unit than what we booked with none of the facilities what we booked. She did not even notify us that the family unit that we booked was double booked, she kept herself uninformed. Only after I required my money back and informed booking.com that we did not receive at all what we booked, the manger informed us it was a double booking and none of there rooms or units has bbq or washing facilities. Even afterwards the manager told us the information has been updated yet I went on the booking site and still it gives lies about the rooms. Some of the roof tiles are missing, the carpets has holes in. The fans in the room was so dirty the bar fridge was so frozen up the freezer unit could not take anything. In the cupboard was a pack of half eaten chips from someone. Definitely not 4 star or money’s worth. Staff was just sitting in the lounge area absolutely not what you expect. We have been hours on the road travelling with two children we were not compensated thru the company or booking.com for extra expenses that we had to make for washing or Accomodation late afternoon. So much inconvenience, would definitely not recommend.

I was excited to finally get a booking at Hathaway House but that was short lived. The pictures are very very deceiving, the room looks nothing like the pictures on the site. It's was a very disappointing stay...

“FAKE advertising”
FALSE Advertising, the room photographs are NOT a true representation of what you will find, the rooms are extremely poor, sparse cold, and not well furnished at ALL. I ended up sending a crew member to stay overnight as I could not cancel without losing my money. I do NOT recommend this place at all it over priced for what you get.
