Warm welcoming of us and the person was so helpful showing willingness to assist every time we need assistance was always available.. It was clean. Everything we needed to use was there

No one was aware of my booking. We drove 4 hours and were told that we do not have a booking. We booked in somewhere else as we had 2 kids with. I have requested a credit as I as the customer wad not in the wrong. To date no reply on my mail.

I didn't like how we have to wait for electricity, buy electricity on time because now we had to wash with cold water because the cleaner wanted us out at 13:00. The Cleaner was so rude to us. The pool was dirty.
