“It was an amazing stay at Oasis, exceptionally clean rooms, a welcoming ambience and helpful staff.”
The sky bar, restaurant and the pool on the 8th floor was an amazing surprise to us. We loved it. Spacious, airy and well organised. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of options, just basic English breakfast, but everything we tried was excellently made. From the eggs to the sausages, the bacon, etc. The fruit juice was exceptional. I have never had a watermelon juice that sweet. At some point I asked if it was sweetened. Welldone guys.

There was no breakfast provided for bookings made via booking.com.In our room there was a notice placed on the table that we would get complimentary breakfast but when we got to the restaurant we were told it was only for certain categories of bookings.This was disappointing and the General Manager explained their policy and we agreed the notice must be removed from the room as it gave a wrong impression

“Everything was good except the service”
The service was terrible. Stayed there on two different occasions and had check in issues both times. Check in took forever the first time and the second time I wasn't given the room I paid for. To top it of, the room did not have hot water. Even though it was changed later, it was still bad. Everything else was on point.
