“Good stay, just a minor disappointment on 'expected' size of room”
Room was adequate for a short stop before the airport. Excellently positioned for easy access for a very early morning flight. Comfortable and clean it met most expectations and requirements. Also, a great bar just 5 mins walk down the road. Great food and good atmosphere; a great wind down for pre flight.

Good size room, comfortable beds. Great location - close to malls (including outlet mall) and Valley fair as well as accessible to downtown for concert with excellent freeways. Restaurants close by. Staff were all very friendly!

recently stayed at your hotel for three days and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and services provided. Firstly, there was no housekeeping service during my entire stay, which is simply unacceptable. On the last day of my stay, I had to go to the front desk to request new towels as none were provided. Furthermore, upon my arrival, I discovered that the shampoo provided in the bathroom had clearly been used and was only about one-third full. It is my understanding that amenities should be replaced with new ones before the arrival of each new guest. This oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness standards.Additionally, I encountered an issue with the curtains in my room. Despite being on the ground floor, the curtains were unable to fully close, leaving the room exposed to passersby. This lack of privacy is concerning and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay.Overall, my experience at your hotel fell far below my expectations, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and privacy. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

“Location and staff were very nice.”
The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. You do need to speak with the staff to order room cleaning just so you know. It’s not everyday. For the shoppers, The location is near Hy-Vee, Ulta, Walmart and next to it is a small Sephora, T.J Maxx & Marshalls. It’s also about 10-20 minutes away from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall and Mall of America.
