A fabulous stay at this rural house Arrived to a lovely clean room (no 104) Sparkling clean bathroom A bottle of wine (extra 10 euros ) Breakfast was on the ground floor served by the hosts Rober & Olga what a treat Homemade jam homemade cakes all served with local advice !! Highly recommended

“Comfortable base for the exploration of Bilbao and the Bizkai coast.”
Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, not overbearing, but informative if you showed interest. Our Superior room was large with views across the valley with plenty of space for clothes and very comfortable beds. There was no noise at all from the other rooms or from the road at night. Breakfast was good with a selection of cold meats, cheese, hard-boiled eggs bread and delicious-looking cakes.

The accommodation is in a beautiful part of the Basque region, with some beautiful beaches a short drive away. Local town is very chilled, with great local food. Lots to admire about the accommodation - very effecient self-check in! Very clean, comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast! Lovely hosts, who are very attentive, but not intrusive. Really liked that all the tables at breakfast are allocated your room number - very efficient 😊. Overall great value.

We turned up 5-10 minutes before arrival time and could not access the coded gate. Fortunately the owner was there to let us in and told us check-in time doesn't start until 4pm therefore access through the gate doesn't commence until 4pm. We did receive an email tellins us check-in time starts at 4pm but I think it perhaps needs to state more clearly access is not permitted before 4pm. I do appreciate why they have an access time to allow for cleaning but when people travel they do not know exactly what time they will arrive............
