“horrible”
The staff did not tell us beforehand that the payment should be by card only. Very passive aggressive and not welcoming people, literally nothing was included in the expensive package and even if you wanted it the spa machines were not working. The kitchen had nothing to offer , maximum two meals which we did not like( and also the kitchen worked till 6pm). Even if you want to bring food you cannot, you have to starve there, and god forbid if someone vegan visits there. Overall had a very bad experience, will never visit again or recommend to someone.

Hotel staff is amazing! They were always ready to help with any matter. Place is really calm and beautiful. Terrace and inner garden are very cozy. Recommended!
