“Very beautiful River, tasty food and very friendly staff.”
I liked the view from the room, we were facing the river. The bed was big and they provided a crib for my baby. the bathroom is so big, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast were so tasty and delicious.

“A very comfortable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and thoughtful details that made us”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — from the very first phone call to the warm greeting upon arrival. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing breakfast in lunch boxes in advance, which showed great care and professionalism. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, convenient parking, and electric vehicle charging facilities, which was very important for us. This is definitely one of those places you want to return to again and happily recommend to others. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality.

Reception staff very responsive online when I wanted to change booking dates prior to arriving. Nice building, comfortable room and amenities as advertised. Nice temperature in the room. Staff spoke good English and reception was always staffed.

“Very nice hotel in a wonderful setting”
This lovely heritage hotel, part of the Tufenkian group, was a great place to spend a night. The setting in the Debed Valley was spectacular. Our room was very spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. WiFi worked very well for us. The staff were all friendly and always helpful. We had dinner in the evening and breakfast was included in our rate, and both meals were very tasty.

We booked two nights last minute at the Tufenkian as our friend highly recommended this location. The region just faced a very bad flood recently and so the pool/spa facilities are not operational and the surrounding roads are under repair (my heart goes out to entire community and the hotel as it recovers). There's enough sights in the surrounding areas to keep you busy for the time period and good restaurants (zarni parni for example) near by. The room was very peaceful with the river, mountain and the beautiful view of the building itself. I hope the money made from this American owned property remains in the area as it's a beautiful region of Armenia.
