“Wonderful secluded comfortable stay”

The cabin is made with great care and attention to detail. Beautiful scenery, clean air, and a cozy interior create a very relaxing and secluded atmosphere. The internet is fast and reliable, and the heating works perfectly even in freezing temperatures. The winter road was in good condition, and we were able to reach the farm by electric car. From there, the host kindly transported us the remaining 100 meters up the hill to the cabin. Thanks to Satenik for a wonderful weekend experience

“An oasis of tranquility up in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature”

The cabin is an absolute gem surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning views of the mountains and the valleys nearby. The host, Satenik is the loveliest host you could get. She was great at communication and made herself available throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin is comfortable and very unique for Armenia I would say, with a lot of lovely touches, you can see the love and care that was put into building it. It offers peace and tranquility apart from sounds of rural life with nearby herds of cows and horses which makes it very idylic. It gave us the connection with nature we wanted, beautiful autumn colours and cozy days when it rained.

I wish I could give it 11 and not just 10. Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautiful spot. Satenik and here family were kind, thoughtful and responsive hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay a happy one. A perfect place to appreciate the natural beauty of this region.

- It’s a very authentic place in a secluded location with a jaw-dropping view. Its clear that the host and her parents care about the guests and the place itself. - The fresh ingredients are provided for breakfast and you may also order homemade food for dinner. - The place is cozy and comfortable and there are also place to hike in the nature.

This place is absolutely unique in Armenia: a modern, bright and comfortable house built alone in the mountains, well equipped with all necessary for comfortable weekend. Warm, cozy, with a perfect countryside view through full-height windows. Needless to say, wifi was good, bathrooms was clean. Many thanks to the host!

“Oasis in the hills. Fabulous accomodation in a stunning location”

Fantastic location with the best view in the world. New, classy accomodation in a virtually new lodge build on stilts in a pasture. Full kitchen facilities including washing machine and dishwasher. Two toilets one en suite to main double bedroom. Large living / studio space. Double glazed picture windows alternate with pine boarded panels hi ing 360° views. A warm welcome. Great hosts. Good communication. Bought groceries on our behalf and deli ered them to us so that we could make a meal. A second bedroom with two single beds makes it ideal for family. Part of and eco project where a summer camp with aims to introduce young people to sustainable living with a closeness to nature. We walked , painted and relaxed in this beautiful place.

It was an amazing experience. Satenik and her family, our hosts, have created a wonderful place to escape from the everyday rush of the city. The modern-style house is located in a picturesque forest and boasts one of the best views I've ever seen. Surrounded by forests and mountains, the place feels fresh and airy. The breakfast, made from local groceries, was extremely tasty and beautifully presented. We walked around and enjoyed the stunning views. I will definitely remember this cozy house forever.

I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.

Firstly, the location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect. Situated in the midst of a forest, it provided a serene and isolated environment, allowing me to truly unwind and connect with nature. The beauty and tranquility of the surroundings exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable stay. Moreover, I would like to commend the host of the property. They were exceptional in every aspect, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome and valued as a guest.
