The hotel is located quite remote in the mountains. It's very quiet and has beautiful views. The staff is kind and helpful and the hot tub is a special experience. Rooms are lovely as well. You will need a 4x4 to get there if you are driving yourself. Food was great. Would recommend.

“Excellent option in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan”

The location is absolutely amazing in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. It’s the perfect base for hikes in the surrounding area. The jacuzzi is wonderful and warm as the sun goes down behind the mountain peaks. The property also looks great and very natural. The room came with locally produced slippers to wear inside the room itself. Breakfast and dinner is included in the price and was simply excellent. The room itself is plenty big, with a small patio next to it for guests to sit outside on. During summer the room warmed up quickly but also cooled down quickly during the night, so we had a good and cool night’s sleep. Despite the remote location the WiFi worked well. Staff was friendly.

Helpful staff, excellent meals, comfortable room and extra facilities like the lounge and hot tub. Good views from room (clever use of mirrors), interesting artwork. Good location, though a wee way off the beaten track.

The Lodge is in a great location in the village close to fields with the animals grazing. We also loved seeing the cows, sheep and horses walk by the cabin every so often. The service was very friendly and the food was amazing, the best we had on our trip so far. The cabin was extremely clean and had a great view of the mountains.

The property is well set-up with a dining room, shared lounge room, and nice guestrooms. The rooms are not huge but nicely appointed and the beds comfortable. Our meals were excellent, plentiful and delicious. The location is away from the main village but had a wonderful view of the mountains and meadows. You can start one walk directly from the lodge.

We had a fantastic stay in the lodge, and enjoyed being in Jyrgalan for 2 nights. The staff really tries to make guests feel comfortable, the lodge is very beautiful and newly built, there is a lounge area to enjoy some games or to read a book, there is a hot pool with nice view, and we had half board including breakfast and dinner. The food was simply amazing, we would come back already for that. We enjoyed ourselves a lot!

Nice location in the mountains in a small village. There are actually three bookable rooms, a lounge and the restaurant. All facilities are very modern. Outside you can use a hotpool. The food (also vegetarian) was excellent.

Every member of the staff went above and beyond (Special mention to Nurperi & Samer) to ensure that our needs were not only met but exceeded. Whether it was the friendly greeting at check-in, the prompt assistance with any inquiries, or the special events, throughout our stay, we felt like a valued guest every step of the way - much better than 5* properties we have travelled to around the globe. Moreover, the attention to detail and personal touches did not go unnoticed. The staff took the time to ask our preferences and catered to them effortlessly, making us feel like a VIP. Whether it was arranging the meals or offering recommendations for activities in the area, their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. As for the culinary experience, it was nothing short of exquisite. The on-site chefs offered a delectable array of flavourful local dishes. Each meal was a culinary delight that showcased the skill and creativity of the chefs. Peak lodge boasts a stunning property that serves as a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The meticulously landscaped grounds, the elegant décor, and the serene ambiance all contributed to an unforgettable stay. We were lucky to witness some snow too and with and without the snow we were constantly surrounded by beauty and tranquility.

A little piece of relaxation and luxury in the mountains, hot tub was great, beds very comfortable, very friendly english speaking staff, dinner and breakfast where tasty and large portions.
