The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. Also very spacious rooms. The hosts were very lovely, and I really enjoyed the meals they prepared. Additionally, they allowed me to check-out a bit later than usual (probably because I was the only guest they were expecting during this season) because I had made an error when checking the return time for the mini van. Would definitely recommend staying here.

To experience the life in a mountain village! The food was excellent and in abundance! The owner is a maker, is very helpful and speaks, like one of her grandchildren, good English!

Very clean, modern heated rooms. Very friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Huge breakfast and packed lunches worked great. Evening meals were very good and varied.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great with big portions before or after a long day of ski touring. The tailored experience with many options for daily activities make this an awesome place to stay.

The breakfasts n dinners were good by Krygyzstan guesthouse standards. The owners speak excellent English and they helped us book great horse riding tours. Guesthouse is run professionally… efficient n friendly hosts.

It is a well-established place in the village, which is largely untouched by tourism in terms of facilities. There are maps around to help plan your walking. The food is reasonable, with ingredients grown on site. Staff were pleasant. The location is perfect, although it is a small village so it could hardly not be.

Very nice place with very welcoming people. The food, in particular the soup, (I had dinner there) was amazing. A good place to relax at the end of a long trek.

“Lovely stay”

The shower was hot (not for too long though) but with good pressure - The guesthouse owner could speak with us with good English - The sauna was on site for 23$ (2000 som an hour) and could be heated up on request. The amenities are nice. There is a changing room, a shower room and a separate sauna. - We got breakfast and dinner. Both were big portions and nice. The breakfast was with an omelette, porridge, plenty of bread. The dinner was an additional cost of 12$ per person. Which is quite a lot more than average. There was actually another restaurant in town we could go for about half the price. - The location was good and they had a map to guide us through the different hikes around the place. It's actually a perfect guesthouse for a mountain retreat. - We could also help ourselves with coffee, tea, and they also have a guitar and a chessboard available. - The amenities were warm and comfy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and catered really well to my partner's gluten intolerance. The food was delicious and as the guesthouse is collocated with the Jyrgalan tourist office it's really easy to book activities. English speaking staff is also really helpful if you don't speak Russian like us!

Well equipped guest house in Jyrgalan, all modern comforts are available. The hosts are excellent and will cater to your dietary preferences. Nestled in a beautiful valley which receives abundant snowfall. The guest house will arrange everything for you, from snow equipment to transportation.

The owner is very friendly and arranged a snowmobile tour for us. She also accommodated vegetarian meals (with advance notice) - dinner and breakfast were very filling. Room was clean and tidy.

The hostel is very clean and comfortable. The owner speaks great english and is very friendly. We got a free upgrade to a better room that was vacant. The dinner is incredible.

The lady who owns the place is extremely helpful and kind. Totally recommend staying there!
