Very pleasant and helpful host, room was clean,comfortable and pretty well furnished/equipped. Breakfast was very basic, but I knew this when booking.

Comfy bed, excellent wifi plenty of tea bags ect fresh milk. Room clean and tidy as well as bathroom. Provided limited breakfast which most guest houses dont that ive been to. i liked Dyce itself a nice quiet place.

“Great location for Dyce railway station”
Location to the railway station and OHC Terminals. Breakfast is all laid out ready to go. No full English available, but enough there to be getting by.

“Lovely guesthouse that was budget friendly and had everything we needed for our overnight stay whilst in Aberdeen for a”
The property is in a great location. Comfortable beds, we all had a great sleep. Owners were lovely and helpful. Nice touches with the milk and juice in the fridge and little chocolate bar to go with a cuppa tea. Much appreciated!
