The only thing I genuinely appreciated was the courtesy of the buggy drivers, who were polite and helpful throughout. Sadly, that was the only positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.

The hotel came as a surprise to us. It's absolutely amazing! The rooms, the ambience, the facilities, the surroundings, the pool area, everything is really nice. The food was really good. They customized the food as per our requirements. The buggy service was prompt.
