The property is very modern and comfortable and is large enough for 4 people. Everything you need is provided. It's an interesting multi-level house, so if you don't like stairs this isn't for you but it was no problem for us. There is even a terrace outside to sit and have drinks and a snack on. Our host, Dragan, was extremely friendly and helpful and even responded in minutes when we couldn't get the washing machine started (hint: be firm with closing the door). He also has a restaurant over the road which has a nice atmosphere and good food. The town, Dutovilje, is charming and surrounded by pleasant countryside. The church at the top of the hill adds to the village feel.

Charming house in a quiet little village. Very well equipped if you plan to stay for more days, (fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine). You can park the car right next to the house (under the terrace). Places that we visited (for eg. the coastline cities and beaches of Slovenia and Italy, Lipica, Skocjan Caves) were all within a short driving distance. We live in a city so for us it was a unique experience.

This was our third time there and we appreciated the apartment again: clean, large, space for us and our dogs, fully equipped, surrounded by the pleasant hills of Karst and super close to the beautiful Trieste.

The apartment/house is super quirky and super fun. Having lots of different levels. The attention to detail was fantastic. Coffee for the coffee machine. A washing machine with washing powder, which was fabulous to use. The basics for the kitchen were there which made cooking something great. (oil vinegar salt and Pepper) even a little sewing kit. The beds were great. Very welcoming with drinks and a snack. They also own a restaurant/bar across the road. The food was devine.. Really really recommend this too. The hosts were super friendly an accommodating. Supermarket nearby, a very tiny village but had everything you would need. Great base for walking which is what we were doing.

The apartment is perfect. Really nice, comfy, well-equipped. Our host was really kind and attentive. There are a lovely and really good restaurant (operated by our hosts), a grocery store in 2 minutes walk. Gas station in 2 minutes drive. The surroundings are more than beautiful. There are also a lot of places to visit in less than 1 hour drive. I am sure that we will come back. I really recommend to stay here.
