There was unfortunately nothing to like about this experience. The host never showed up for the key pick-up and was already 30 minutes late at the agreed time. When I called to ask for clarification, he spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. I eventually had to contact Booking.com for assistance. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress. Communication was also done via WhatsApp rather than through the Booking.com platform, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate.

“Top apartment for long and short stays”
We liked the Opportunities of the apartment , its location, fully furnished, cleanliness, tidyness, hospitality. Top apartment. Much better than hotel rooms, for the same or higher price آپارتمان بسیار خوبی بود از نظر لوکیشن اقامت عالی و بسیار نزدیک یکی از بهترین هتل های دوشنبه به نام هتل رومی و در منطقه مرکز میباشد که دسترسی های آن به مکان های مختلف عالی است. از نظر تمیز بودن، بزرگ بودن و دیزاین داخلی مناسب عالی میباشد، صاحب این آپارتمان بسیار فرد خوب و مهمان نوازی بوده و راهنمایی های بسیاری در زمینه های مختلف برای بازدید از تاجیکستان به ما انجام دادند. داخل آپارتمان کاملا تجهیزات لازم برای راحتی را داشت . به نسبت اتاق هتل ها در تاجیکستان امکانات بسیار بیشتری را با قیمت برابر خواهید داشت. از مهمترین نکته های به خصوص برای ایرانیان این است که دسشتویی این آپارتمان دارای شلنگ است که معمولا هتل ها و آپارتمانهای تاجیکستان این نکته مثبت را ندارند. در مجموع نمره بسیار خوبی میگیرد

“Amazing apartment, great location, friendly and helpful host”
Suhrobsho was friendly and hospitable and came in at 2am to meet me and ensure the check-in was smooth. The apartment is very well furnished, everything was new and clean. Its located in the center of Dushanbe, a few minutes walk from dompechat and the opera house.

The property is exceptionally well equipped-it is a new apartment and all of the fittings and furnishings are new as well. It is very tastefully decorated and everything that you would need is in the apartment. The owner is extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The location is central and close to all amenities. I would certainly stay here again

“Would recommend everyone”
Very stylish, clean apartment that I would recommend to everyone. The WiFi connection was good enough to work remotely and all the facilities were there. Centrally located as well, would definitely book again when I’m in town!
