Overview
Located on the shore of Lake Komsomol in the centre of Dushanbe, this 5-star luxury hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the airport and is close to all embassies, government offices, and ministries. “Adequate Hotel”
From our research, likely one of the best in Dushanbe. A bit difficult to arrange transport - we booked a no-show taxi and had to walk up to the main road to flag one. Not a big deal - just expected more of a Hyatt.

Very good location and view. Pretty nice condition of rooms. They are spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff was great. The gym and cardio zone are incredible with brand new machines

“lovely relax and memorable”

“Did not stay there due to super negligence of their staff.”
We where not welcomed as expected the night shift staff were so terribly responsive and i think they were not trained enough to meet hyatt regency standard as a results i had no choice but to move to Hilton and what an epic expirence.

“Recommend”
Spacious, stylish, well equipped rooms. Good breakfast with egg bar and freshly baked pancakes. Location was good, excepts the construction site right next the hotel.

“5 stars hotel infrastructure with 3 stars hotel service”
Great location, beautiful hotel decoration, spacious room, and overall, great building infrastructure. We had an issue with the lock of the door separating two rooms, and the local facilities maintanance guy did an excelent job and fixed it very quickly and also was extremely polite.

The property improved compared to last year. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was not the case in 2021. Also, the staff was very nice, like also in 2021. They helped me with the taxi and gave advice on currency exchange.

“In general good place to stay”
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and informative, and allowed early check-in. Breakfast was good.
