We got a free upgrade to a much larger room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms which was a wonderful gesture. The beds and the bathroom were comfortable. And we also liked the location.

Great view big spacy rooms and laundry service

BALAND Hotel, located inside Firdausi Hotel in the center of Dushanbe, was exceptional. Impeccably clean, with an outstanding breakfast buffet—even offering black and red caviar, which surprised me! The room had everything: smart TV, fridge, complimentary tea, coffee, water. The staff were incredibly kind. I paid 55 euros a night, very reasonable. They even provided a free taxi to the airport. After traveling to 47 countries, this hotel truly stood out. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Dushanbe. Hotel on the 13th floor of a large building. The room was large and modern with a good bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to Rudacki Avenue but taxis are cheap and efficient to get around.

I often stay at Baland Hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very good. I appreciate the easy and reliable airport transfer service provided by the hotel. I also find that the quality of the breakfast has improved.

Spacious and clean room

Very nice place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the places I needed. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They even paid for my transfer to the airport and didn’t charge me when I didn’t have cash for a taxi. Big thanks to the team at Baland Hotel!

Location and value for money

I was very sick for the time in Dushanbe and barely left the room. The room was very clean. Very comfortable. I barely the bathroom actually so I really appreciated that more than anything. The hotel seems to be in a nice area of town which I discovered when I surfaced. And close to the sights to see. Breakfast plentiful.

The room was to a high standard, the staff were very friendly and the view from the room onto the city was brilliant.
