the apartment was extremely small, there was dog hair everywhere, lot of noise from outside and no curtains on windows

For it's size it has everything you'd possibly need. You can easily tell, someone actually thought this through and has experience. I've stayed at many different places in Belgrade but even at some costing 4x as much and 100m2 I missed some of the basic comforts this one gets right. Fresh and comfy Towels, comfortable beds and everything just works. The host was nice and quick to respond and overall this may have been the least complicated stay I had so far.

“Claustrophobic, airless room”
Near to the railway station. Good restaurant nearby which was fortunate as it's a long way into the city otherwise.
