“Excellent stay”

We loved everything about Vila One. Receptionists and manager were so welcoming and professional. Our room was amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with our stay.

Location was a massive plus and also complimentary breakfast. Cleaning was immaculate daily from the room staff so 10/10 to the housekeeping team. Rooftop bar also lovely with great views and again the staff attentive and lovely.

Room was a nice, large size with a balcony. Air conditioning worked great and seemed clean and tidy to me. Breakfast was nice. Not a lot of variation bit definitely did the job. The pool on the top floor is a nice touch but is very cold so people were hesitant to use it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the design was nice, especially the ceiling lights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room overlooking the beach. We had a small issue during the week with a leak after a storm, it was handled immediately and with no fuss. Very helpful reception staff. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Location as as good as you could hope for Durres. Unfortunately, durres isn't a great location.

Very neat with modern facilities. The rooms and neat an comfortable with nice views. The roof top bar is a nice place to some a chill evening.

We went as a family of 4 with my elderly parents. We had a wonderful welcome and the hotel was beautiful and our rooms were just perfect, our balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily and very modern. Breakfast was on the rooftop, and it was amazing, still looking out at the beach and sea. The food menu was very reasonable and really devious with a good variety, plus the drinks were really reasonable too. What can I say about the staff? Well, I would give them all gold stars if I could. They were all so very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The manager, Marlo, took so much time to make you feel welcomed along with his staff. We all would highly recommend this hotel. It was just perfect and in a perfect location. We can't wait to go back next year, we have not one issue with this hotel and their amazing staff.

Amazing location, right next to the beach. Helpful and understanding staff. Breakfast served on the 6th floor with splendid view of the sea/beach. Provided a baby cot as well for my little one which made the stay even more comfortable. Good variety in breakfast. I was initially a bit skeptical about the hotel after reading some negative reviews, but after visiting in person I can surely confirm that those are not at all true. I would definitely recommend this hotel and surely going to stay here in case i plan to visit Durres again.

The property is located in front of the beach. Great location and friendly staff. All the amenities are good. I specifically want to mention about the Restaurant because they providing delicious food and very nice staffs with amazing see view.
