“Plazh/Beachfront Modern Apt/Amenities with Sunset Views”
Watching sunsets from terrace, large windows in living area. Gjon the host was gracious and accommodating, stopped to ask whether everything was OK during my 1 month visit. It was also nice to have a dishwasher.

“Value for money.”
The lift was great. We enjoyed having the roof terrace to ourselves. We were able to make basic meals with the facilities and equipment, but mostly are out as eating places are in abundance.

“Beautiful apartment in Durres”
This is a wonderful apartment in the beautiful beach area of Durres. Right in the heart of all the bars and restaurants and shops and with the beach a stones throw away. It's a lovely walk also along the beach path to the old city and city centre area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. You also have access to the terrace on the roof to go and relax on and the views are amazing. It has all the modcons and is well stocked with all you want amenities wise. The sofa is nice and comfy and so is the bed which you want after being out exploring every day. Gjon the owner is a great host and very friendly and speaks perfect English and always on hand if you need any questions or queries answered. Id love to stay there again one day.

An apartment with a very good quality/price ratio, very well positioned for access to the beach. A minus for the ambiguous photo description, from which it is not understood that the balcony of the apartment has a view to the back of the building (but with a partial side view to the sea) and that the 180 sqm terrace is located on the next floor, with access from the outside of the apartment through the hall of the building. Parking space in the basement of the building, with additional payment. A pleasant host with whom we communicated very well, who provided us with all the information we needed

“Highly recommend staying here, amazing value, great host and beautiful sea views.”
This apartment is a fantastic find in Durres. We loved everything about it, from it's beach front location, sea views from the balcony, near to lots of bars and restaurants and away from any traffic noise. The apartment is very well insulated, so no noisy neighbours, or creaking floorboards, with plenty of space and all the facilities you might need. The host Gjon is such a lovely kind man, who was very accommodating, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport and very quick to respond to any questions, with loads of useful recommendations. We highly recommend staying here.

“An appartment with a sea view”
I made this booking very spontaneously after the other place I booked had some problems. About 10-15 minutes later I was already being welcomed by the host. It had everything I wanted: a sea view, a comfortable bed and a functioning A/C. When I needed to go back to Tirana, the host organized a transportation for me.

Super location on the Beach. Markets, restaurants nearby, also the bus station to Durrës City center. Friendly owner, well English speaker, giving all necesary information. Big sea view terrace! Recomended also for Family with small children.

“Great location, great host”
The location is perfect, directly at the beach. The apartment has a great terasse. Gjon, the owner, offered a shuttle from Tirana and to the airport, which was really convenient and is available to answers any questions you might have.
