Everything was more than perfect. Our host was friendly and extra helpful, the apartement was spacious, very clean, fully equipped, also had free parking, great view, near everything you need.

The apartment was beautiful, immaculately clean and felt very homely. The view from the balcony looked out over the park to the sea and was delightful, we spent lots of time taking in the view and watching the world go by. The location of the apartment is excellent and close to everything, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a parking space in the private car park at the rear of the building which is a real bonus as finding a parking space elsewhere can be difficult. Our host was very kind, helpful and friendly, communication was excellent, especially as we only requested to book about an hour or so before actually checking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend it to others.

The place is very well located, has parking (which is rare in this area) and has everything you could need including extra blankets, beach towels, kitchen stuff etc. It is a renovated apartment in an old block, so the entrance stairs are not great, but the apartment itself is great. The host had no booking the next day so let us stay untill early afternoon.

We spent 8 truly wonderful nights in this apartment! The place is super cozy and tastefully furnished, but what really surprised us was finding a fantastic Lavazza coffee machine with pods, a dispenser with drinking water, and the owner even left us a box of croissants for breakfast! What more could we ask for… a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, sandwich maker, Smart TV with Netflix… the list could go on forever! But what won us over the most was the balcony overlooking the seafront: every evening we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets, an experience that will be hard to forget. We’ll definitely be back!! A special thanks to Olando, the owner, so kind and always available for any request, which made us feel even more at home. It was a beautiful stay, and we truly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Durrës in total relaxation and with all the comforts. Of course, the location of the apartment also deserves top marks. Perfectly central, close to everything, right in the heart of this beautiful town. We honestly couldn’t find a single negative point!

The location was very central to shops, bars and restaurants, very close to beach, the apartment was well equipped with full oven and 4 rings and lots of pots and pans, ideal for cooking. Chilled Drinking water was free Orlando was a excellent host very kind nice man, we even got a slice of his birthday cake. He was always available on WhatsApp and always replied quickly, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend. The apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. One of the best we've stayed in. Air conditioning is in bedroom and lounge there are shutters on the windows and doors and mosquito nets

Very clean, shampoo, body wash, coffee, water, washing powder all provided. Google maps will take you along front road. From corner of main road take first right by bank and first right again into car park at back entrance to the building.

We traveled with our family , the location is very convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. All the cafes, bars, and the beach are nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable beds. It has all the necessary kitchenware if you prefer to cook your own meals. The view of the sea from the balcony is simply stunning! This trip made us fall even more in love with the place we stayed at. The host was wonderful and very helpful.
