I am writing to express my disappointment with the booking experience I had with Kadrisa Hotel. I made a reservation for my family from June 30 to July 6, but issues began even before check-in. In every country I have visited, it is standard practice to pay at check-out. However, Kadrisa Hotel requires full payment before allowing check-in, which was both unexpected and inconvenient. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and it does not align with the usual hotel practices I have experienced internationally.

The hotel was well located, really close to the beach, there is a fridge in the room, which is helpful given that you need to constantly buy water and there is a private parking available.

The place is near the beach and surrounded with everything that you need (stores, restaurants, pharmacy etc.) And it has their own parking whitch is a BIG plus (It very hard to find parking in Dures)

The location was great, next to the main street and mini supermarket, with big parking lot. Rooms were a bit outdated, but spacious. Breakfast probably the best we have tried in Albania 🤤 By the way they serve very taaty meals for a very affordable prices 👌Would recommend it to stay if u dont want spend much!

The rooms are quiet and clean, the room service is good, the hot water is always flowing and most importantly there is air conditioning so you can sleep comfortably. Evening sitting on the terrace is wonderful

The hotel deserves the highest rating. We stayed with a group for one night. You can order food at reasonable prices. Cleanliness + good breakfast. This is a family business. They always fulfill requests quickly. Thank you! 10++++

“A perfect 3 star hotel!”

Hotel is completely renovated, lots of parking lots, close to the beach, on main street. As a family of four we loved having two rooms.

Stumbled upon this hotel by chance after having some problems with the hotel we had originally booked. It was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast in a cute outside space. A very nice experience overall.
