“Superb stay at villa 11, the attention to detail from beautiful interior design to pool cleanliness and selection at bre”

Beautiful family run hotel in a perfect location on the beach front in Durres. The decor was superb, extremely comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was delicious. A very special experience.

Villa 11 is a family run hotel. From the moment we got there until we left, we were made feel very welcome and very well taken care of . The hotel is run by Rosie , her husband Victor, daughter Lisa, and son Johann. The hotel is modern and spacious and beautifully decorated. We were driving, so private car parking space was a plus . We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival . Spacious bedroom with large balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of wardrobe space , and a plus was the fridge Nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Shampoo shower gel and soap included . Large bath towels and slippers in room . We were given towels for the beach . Hotel guests do not have to pay for sun loungers/ umbrellas . We were there for 6 nights . Breakfast was included . It was so delicious, freshly prepared when we arrived down every morning . Great variety Rosie and her family were amazing hostesses. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given a bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return

“Excellent!”

Beautiful, new hotel with good facilities. For example ; I am disabled so was happy that the elevator was wide, the bathroom was big enough and the walk-in shower was perfect! Staff is more than great!! We have to eat glutenfree and they made great efford for a great breakfast!

Everything was perfect! Starting from the Staff, location and facilities.probably the best place in Durres! I truly recommend!

Very well presented property with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and free sunbed access on the beach. A family run hotel which provides for a great personal and friendly service. Excellent breakfast and lovely private bar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful beachfront hotel, and while the entire experience was fantastic, the breakfast service alone deserves a special mention. It's not often that I walk away from a hotel raving about the breakfast, but in this case, it was easily one of the highlights of the trip. From the very first morning, it was clear that the staff take immense pride in offering a high standard of service. What really impressed me was how attentive and thoughtful they were. After just one breakfast, the staff seemed to take note of what I particularly enjoyed and what I left on the plate. Without having to say a word, the next morning I was greeted with more of my favourites fresh fruit, perfectly cooked eggs, a specific type of bread I had liked, and even an extra portion of a local dish I had complimented. It was a subtle but incredibly personal touch that made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. Equally worth noting is the location of the hotel. We were right on the beachfront, with uninterrupted views of the ocean that made waking up each morning a true delight. Just a few steps from the hotel and we were on the sand. And if that weren’t enough, we were also within easy walking distance of a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars. Whether we wanted a casual bite to eat, a bit of shopping, or a lively evening out, everything was right there at our fingertips. The convenience of the location combined with the outstanding service, particularly at breakfast, made this hotel truly stand out.

“So so so recommend”

It’s the best hotel we have ever been to. So clean, we felt so wanted, the kids got so much love from the staff. The room was so great and comfortable and breakfast was so tasty! Rosy is amazing!!!! Thank you so much!!!

My mum and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel is new, clean, safe and well-maintained. The most impressive and beautiful part of our stay was the family that run this hotel. They are so warm, creating an inviting atmosphere to the guests and making it feel as though you are sharing their home. It was a real haven amongst the busyness of the rest of promenade. We are so sad to have had to leave and hope to return.

Hotel and owners are great!! We been with 3 children and everybody have a great time (even 1 year old :) Beach is 5 step from hotel, pool are great and kids love it. Food and drinks was great also. Owners was very kind and helpful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations – it has a lovely, family-like atmosphere, delicious and plentiful breakfasts, and a beautiful view from the window that makes mornings extra special. I highly recommend this place for a getaway with friends or a relaxing family trip.

“Very pleasant and comfortable stay”

Great location opposite the beach with own sun beds. Very clean and modern interior. Pool small but used it a few times as alternative to sea ( which was murky from aftermath of storm). Near lots of bars/ restaurants. Family run and staff excellent, going above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

An exceptional hotel with an exceptional family running it! They could not do more for you! I wish we could take this hotel everywhere we go! The rooms/ bathrooms are lovely - balcony great’ and huge! Breakfast was homemade and different everyday and they remembered everything you liked etc! Attention to detail!! Location - pool is great but the beach is in front of the hotel! Lots of local restaurants too. Don’t book anywhere else - this is the best!

Hotel run by a lovely family who were amazing and they looked after us very well. The breakfast was served to our table every morning and was delicious. The hotel was spotless.

The hotel is located right on the beach, and the sunbeds are included in the price on the beach opposite the hotel. Very friendly atmosphere, very helpful owners, very nice room with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect. Breakfast very tasty with good coffee. The jams made by the owners served for breakfast were outstanding. Very good quality of free wi-fi. Bus stop located very close to the hotel. In the area many restaurants with good and different food. The hotel pool is the apple of the owners' eye ;), perfectly clean water. Thank you for your hospitality!

“Amazing stay at the hotel”

We would like to thank the staff of this hotel very much for the excellent visit. Hospitality at its best. You feel here in a safe, quiet and qualitative place. We ourselves had bad luck with our rental car and the hotel staff was so kind to offer us help by arranging help the breakfast is very good. we had to miss our last breakfast because of an early flight back, nevertheless we were offered a free drink. it is the little things that make this hotel in my opinion a really good place for multiple nights
