We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in May. Low season, not very crowded, which suits us perfectly. Excellent stuff, excellent breakfast, excellent cleanliness. Sun-beds and umbrellas for free at the nearby beach, free access to the pool in front of the next door building (witch, unfortunately, wasn’t heated so we could not swim in it) Great wi-fi

Honestly everything about this hotel is 10/10 nothing missing. From the hotel to the staff and food, top notch. The staffs were so nice and welcoming. Honestly, you need to book this hotel

Qëndrimi ynë në këtë hotel ishte shumë i kënaqshëm dhe tejkaloi pritshmëritë tona. Shërbimi në recepsion ishte korrekt dhe profesional; stafi ishte i gatshëm të na ndihmonte dhe na informoi për çdo detaj të nevojshëm. Mëngjesi ishte i shkëlqyer, i pasur dhe i organizuar shumë mirë. Edhe pse hoteli nuk ishte shumë i frekuentuar gjatë qëndrimit tonë, cilësia e shërbimit nuk mungoi në asnjë moment. Gjithashtu, u mirëpritëm me një pije mirëseardhjeje, një detaj shumë i këndshëm. Oferta e mëngjesit ishte e plotë dhe e shijshme. Kapuçino dhe kafe ekspres ishin me cilësi shumë të mirë. Shërbimi i kafesë në banakun pranë barit ishte plotësisht normal dhe funksional. Dhomat ishin të mëdha, komode dhe shumë të pastra. Ambientet e përbashkëta mirëmbaheshin rregullisht dhe gjithçka ishte në standard të lartë higjiene. Pishina ishte e hapur, e pastër dhe shumë e këndshme për relaks, ndërsa shezllonet ishin të rinj dhe të rehatshëm. Në përgjithësi, ishte një eksperiencë shumë pozitive dhe patjetër do të rikthehemi për një tjetër fundjavë pushimi

“Very happy with my stay.”

Very clean room within the hotel. We had a great view of the sea, very nice to wake up to. The breakfast in the morning was good, the area was amazing plenty restaurants and shops around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was also very nice with plenty of sunbeds available every morning. Also the sun-beds by the sea were included for free. Overall very happy with this hotel, would definitely recommend for family holidays.

“Disappointing!”

Rooms were comfortable however a little small for 3 people and a lack of storage space. Rooms badly designed as the headbord was fitted in front of drawers which you could not open and unuseable.Toilet was not thoroughly clean on arrival ( hair and dust behind toilet seat), and although the room was cleaned only 2 times on our 6 night stay the toilet was left neglected. I had to ask 3 times to have the room cleaned and even then sheets and towels were not changed. In my experience unless I literally stripped the beds and put used towels in the basin this would not have been replaced. The balcony was minute and would only accommodate 2 people at a push. Breakfast was a challenge with a lack of tables in the small enclosed restaurant for the amount of guests. Choice of breakfast was limited. Breakfast ends at 10am, however we arrived at 9.30 one morning and only scraps left! Not good.! If you wanted a hot drink you would need to go to 'the bar" which was located in another area of the hotel and not connected to the restaurant room. The queues were sometimes ridiculous ( only 1 person behind the bar)and was not worth the wait! Reception staff were always happy to help but other staff were quite unapproachable and came across as unhappy...never a smile. The website is a little misleading as it shows that the swimming pool has direct access to the hotel but in reality the pool is located, although close by its not on the premises. Also all the gastronomic photos on the website is not something I experience at the hotel. In all I was rather disappointed and did not find it value for money. I would not return or recommend.
