We are currently staying at the Benilva Hotel and after reading some reviews, we felt the need to share our real experience. Unfortunately, some of the comments seem to be out of line with reality, as accommodation with very affordable prices is expected to have the same level of luxury as the Sheraton. Well, dear guests - that's simply not the case. We have read complaints like "I had to go to the ATM because card payments are not possible". Honestly, isn't it logical to check this kind of information in advance? And yes, no matter where you travel, having some cash with you is always a good idea. The hotel consists of an older part that is currently undergoing renovation and a new, recently completed building. Some guests are abusing this situation by posting photos from the renovation phase, pictures of the outdoor toilet, which is used by xy people from the beach every day, and based on that, leaving bad reviews. This is not fair - because the situation on the ground looks much different. Our experience - the new part of the hotel: We stayed in the new building - and everything was flawless! The rooms are modern, clean and very functional. As for the older part of the hotel - yes, the furniture is older, but the hygiene is at a high level. And most importantly - the owners' effort to improve everything and offer guests comfort, and not just look at profit, is noticeable. The breakfast is extremely tasty, varied, with lots of local dishes. A real treat! The staff is more than friendly - from the reception to the staff who take care of the beach. The hotel manager is constantly present, actively helping both the guests and his team. Special praise goes to the older gentleman who takes care of the beach, umbrellas and deck chairs - a true host. Our experience was extremely positive. We did not find ourselves in any of the negative comments - on the contrary!

The location was excellent, right in front of the beach. All the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was okay, the food was fresh.

The room has view over the beach and ocean which is amazing. We had breakfast on a small table right on the beach. Very nice people that run the hotel. We were the only guests in the hotel during our stay in april, which meant there were still constructions going on.

“Great location on the beach”

This is an older hotel but well kept and clean, right on the beach. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant in a separate building on the beach, pleasant and pretty. Breakfast was good. We had dinner there as well and that was excellent and tasty.

The view from the reason is just excellent. Morning breeze and temperature of the room is just perfect.
