Excellent studio apartment. Geni and his parents are wonderful people, and allowed me late check-in because my flight delayed. The sea is 3-minutes walk away and the city center can be reached by bus (there is bus stop near the building). There is a good supermarket in the neighboring building, so convenient. The apartment provides everything for a comfortable stay: spacious cabinets, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, cleaning products, etc. Wi-Fi didn't work initially, but Geni sent technician of internet to install a new Vodafone router to fix the issue 😀

The owner, Geni, and his parents are wonderful people. Geni's father met me at the location on time for the check-in and offered me a welcome drink of coffee and raki at Hotel Vino across the road, that was very much appreciated after many hours of travel. The studio is super clean, comfortable, and quiet and has good privacy. The balcony is south facing with a partial sea view and only 100m from the beach. If you need groceries, there is a very nice supermarket within 2 minutes' walk. Excellent value for money in the resort city of Durrës, good vibes, and everything is there exactly as described for a safe and good holiday!

The place was very nice and neat. It was very close to the beach as well as many grocery stores and the main street that takes you to the night market and various restaurants. The owners were also very nice and kind.

It was close to the beach , very clean loads of pots and pans , cutlery etc , extra beddings and towels just a lovely warm atmosphere .
