Dinning/Kitchen was big even though i dont like upholstered chairs. Bed was OK but still i would prefere less of different sheets which cover bed and in which could be and was dust. 5thfloor - some view but without the elevator but it is quite common there. Communication was fast but i would rather spend time other way then discussing wheather or not i scratched pans, broke kitchen hood or why toilet didnt flush and not listen to "maybe you have damaged my apartment and if so i will make a complain at the police". He repaired the toilet next day. For those who didnt expect much, dont want to cook much and want cheaper option, this could be good choice.

Well equipped kitchen, nice sofa and bed, big flat. 10min to walk to the beach. 5th floor, no elevator. Fast response from the owner.
